THE WATER BECKON…
It is simple and easy to begin. We suggest the following as your first steps before any treatment you enjoy with us.
• Begin with a brief shower (approximately 5 minutes) in our beautifully appointed locker rooms to refresh you body and awaken your senses. You’ll want to gently pat dry, but leave your skin slightly moist.
• Next, move to the Steam room for a brief heated hydration (3 – 5 minutes) allowing the body’s temperature to continue to heat and the skin to soften.
• Return to the relaxation lounge for a few minutes prior to your treatment allowing the body to return to homeostasis.
• Before your service begins make sure you drink at least 8oz. of water.
• Please arrive at least 20 – 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to enjoy the full benefits of taking the waters.
KUR RITUALS
We have brought the great healing traditions of Europe and transformed traditional therapies into relaxing, restorative treatments for today’s discriminating spa clientele. Natural healing resources are featured in six distinctive Ritual packages. Body scrubs, wraps, massage or baths are combined in the Kur for a complete program or performed separately for scheduling flexibility.
For centuries, the European spa experience has been centered on the practice of “Taking the Kur”, a series of treatments that typically continue for ten to twenty days at a time, four times a year. Using natural resources such as thermal mineral water, purifying algae, mud, essential oils and herbs, the Kur satisfies the body’s craving for minerals and nutrients, leaving the skin refreshed and the mind relaxed and balanced. The following treatment packages remineralize, nourish and balance the body.
Gentleman scheduled for Kur services receive the Hydrostorm in lieu of the Hydrotherapy tub.

Aromatherapy Kur

Experience a 3,000-year-old ritual of rejuvenation. This unique treatment includes an invigorating mineral salt and essential oil exfoliation. An Aromatherapy Mineral Bath to soothe the body and mind and a luxurious full body aromatherapy oil application to nourish and hydrate the skin.
Krauter Kur

Three treatments in one: this Kur commences with a soothing Chamomile Body Scrub to cleanse the skin, a therapeutic Kräuter Bath (Wildflower, Eucalyptus or Chamomile) and an application of hydrating lotion to complete the experience, leaving one feeling totally revitalized.
Lavender Dreams Ultimate Experience

Relax. Breathe deep, inhale the calming and balancing benefits of lavender in this completely uplifting and rejuvenating spa experience which includes a two step invigorating full body scrub, lavender oil body massage and a warm wrap with scalp and foot massage.
Thalasso Kur

Indulge in the rejuvenating effect of the sea. This Kur is an ideal way to relax and nourish the body. Begin with a natural Spirulina Body Wrap rich in antioxidants and other beneficial nutrients and a stimulating Seaweed Bath with eucalyptus bath oil. A luxurious application of concentrated marine lotion and marine firming body crème rich in contouring elements finishes the treatment.
Thermal Mineral Kur

Based on the centuries old European tradition of using mud, healing waters and light massage therapy, this treatment has a detoxifying and totally relaxing effect. Three treatments in one, this Kur begins with an organic Moor Mud body wrap. a detoxifying bath laden with thermal mineral crystals from the famous waters of Sarvar Spring in Hungary and a full body application of using a soothing mineral crème mixed with a detoxifying essential oil.
Caviar Body Ritual

This luxurious body treatment uses the finest elements of the sea including Caviar, which firms, smoothes and hydrates skin texture. The treatment begins with an invigorating mineral salt exfoliation followed by an indulgent full body application of our sumptuous Caviar Firming Body Complex. A cooling, refreshing algae gel masque is applied on the face, followed by a facial massage and pressure point exercise. A pampering foot massage will complete this outstanding treatment..
